Ascription
Appearance
Ascription, in sociology, is a way to acquire status, along with achievement or chance.[1] In philosophy, it is most often employed in a technical sense to describe the human ability to acquire and use beliefs, a question within the field of epistemology.
It is also a concept in linguistics, refer to Predicate (grammar).
