Burr Oak Creek (Nodaway River tributary)

Burr Oak Creek is a stream in Nodaway County in the U.S. state of Missouri.[1] It is a tributary of Nodaway River and is 5.8 miles long.[2]

Burr Oak Creek was so named on account of burr oak timber near its course.[3] The creek headwaters near Burr Oak Road in the southwest of Nodaway County and flows easterly to the Nodaway River where it deposits a mile north of Skidmore.
