Callizygaena ada is a moth in the Zygaenidae family. It was described by Arthur Gardiner Butler in 1892.[2] It occurs in lowland and lower montane areas,[3] and is known from Borneo,[4][5] Sumatra,[4][5] Java,[5] Thailand[5] and Cambodia.[5]
Female specimens have a lengthened ovipositor.[6] The caterpillar is colorful and somewhat reminiscent of those of Limacodidae.[7]
