Caloptilia galacotra is a moth of the family Gracillariidae. It is known from the Galápagos Islands (Ecuador).[2] It is named for the Galapagos Conservation Trust.[1]

The forewing length is about 2.7–4.5 mm (0.11–0.18 in) for males and 3.1–4.4 mm (0.12–0.17 in) for females.[1]
