- ^ Oscar Cleary Oscar Cleary is a well known resident of Cargo although he lives just outside the town he often makes trips into town to get food but that's about it. Well known for his lacking skills when talking to women when sober he is an accomplished rugby player. His mindset with drinking and working out is very similar however and he is known to go as hard and as fast as possible which isn't a good thing for one department.
