All road transport articles in the U.S., broken down by topic. These categories allow individual topics to opt-in to a number of bot-generated reports—like article alerts or the walls of recognized content—that require each project (or in this case, topic or state) to have a single category that contains every article in the given topic. Although all of the articles are already listed in some form in the topic's assessment categories, those categories separate the topic's articles by class and importance. Thus, to get a full list from those categories, the bots would have to use recursion to get a full list, which they explicitly do not do.
