Unnecessary category[edit]

In 1868 Bulgaria was not yet an independent country so anything established in the territory at that time should fall in Category:1868 establishments in the Ottoman Empire. Furthermore the only article in the Category - Troyan - is for a town that was established long before 1868, it only gained the statute of a town in that year, so the reference was not accurate.
