List anime by year and season?[edit]

I prefer listing of animes by year and season. Anyone else prefer such listing to other listing (alphabetically, yearly, etc)?

example: Listing of Japanese drama by year and season. www.jdorama.com

I prefer alphabetical listings. Navagation by this <previous 200><next 200> takes a lot longer to get to the particular series I'm trying to find, and is an unnecessary use of the bandwidth for this site, which raises the cost of running it when you consider how many are trying to access this particular information. Earlier, I had to click on and load some fifteen pages to get from the "A" titles to the title I was looking for. Then I had to go back to a second series. If I had had the option of clicking "P", then "D", I would have save myself a lot of time and Wikipedia a lot of bandwidth usage. Or even if there was an option <1 - 200> <201 - 400> <401 - 600>, etc, though that's not as clear or as quick a guide as an alphabetic option would have been. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 98.198.238.110 (talk) 01:26, 30 December 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Anime Series?[edit]

It seems like rather a lot of these don't belong on this list, going through a few of them. Especially the ones with (manga) right after the title...? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 65.126.105.160 (talk) 04:47, 25 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Spinoff category[edit]

Do we have a category yet for anime series which are spinoffs of preceding works? Like for example Fate Zero being a spinoff of Fate Stay, or Kujibiki Unbalance being a spinoff of Genshiken?

In particular I'm wondering if we could have a subcategory of this and 'magical girls' to focus on magical girl anime spinoffs of various series. These would include:

Possibly some others. This would make a good category. Ranze (talk) 04:47, 31 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
