Could this be renamed attacks against embassies? Many of these could not be construed as terrorism, as we understand them, for example, the Guatamalan army attack on the Spanish Embassy. Not even exactly state-sponsored terrorism either. Ottawakismet (talk) 21:04, 12 December 2011 (UTC)[reply]
