Category:Sexual orientation change efforts was recently added to this category. I can understand why that was done, as efforts to prevent homosexuality and efforts to change people's sexual orientations are related subjects. However, they are not logically the same thing, so I'm not entirely sure that sexual orientation change efforts category applies here. I just added and removed the category from the parent category Homophobia per the discussion here [1]. Much as these books are homophobic, I don't think the category should be put in the child category as it only contains media, and putting them in said parent category could be breaching this. That said, I would support it if somebody can come up with a policy that would allow the child category Books about preventing homosexuality into the parent category Homophobia.
