Differences with German Frisian people category[edit]

How does this category differ from Category:German Frisian people? Perhaps one is a subcategory of the other, but they're not linked. The Danish project flag on this talk page seems to suggest this is a wider category, but right now in wikipedia East Frisians are defined as the Frisians living in current day Germany.
