U.S Pro hadn't been an exhibition from 1927 to 1999[edit]

Hello Feardes. I've removed the U.S Pro from the category "Exhibition tennis tournaments" because it was one of the most important tournaments from 1927 to 1967 (and until 1999). In 1948 it was the only world tournament and almost ranked the best players in the world (Kramer, Riggs, Kovacs and Budge). Same thing for "River Oaks" that I haven't yet removed but I am tempted to do it. Hopman Cup or ECC-Antwerp or World Team Tennis are very much more exhibitions than the old US Pro or the River Oaks tournament.
