Make firearms-stub a subcat of weapon-stub?[edit]

I just put a prop up on Wikipedia:WikiProject Stub sorting/Proposals to make firearms a subcat of {{weapon-stub}}. Please put any comments there.

Are all the different stub categories really needed?[edit]

It seems a bit crazy to have all these subcats for firearms-stubs. It makes stub sorting more difficult, and doesn't seem to serve any purpose. Esp since some of these cats will have less than the 60 articles defined by Wikipedia:Stubs. Just my 2 cents. Megapixie 01:08, 17 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]
