Why is SMOM listed as a government-in-exile ? It does not claim to be one. It is a religious chivalric order which possesses a city block in Rome as its sovereign territory but makes no claim to rule elsewhere. LAWinans (talk) 16:02, 6 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
