Definition[edit]

This category needs a definition. The Greek muses? Why were Anne Bradstreet and Sor Juana added to this category? Is it being used just to describe female poets? That is too vague. --lquilter 19:25, 20 January 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Well, @Lquilter:, I made a stab at it, it only took around 7 years. I hope you haven't been waiting with baited breath. Take a look and let me know your thoughts.--Obi-Wan Kenobi (talk) 00:44, 18 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]
My breath was definitely baited but not bated so all is well. I see Sor Juana & Anne Bradstreet were removed, too .... --Lquilter (talk) 00:28, 19 April 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Rename to Greek Muses[edit]

There is a suggestion at Wikipedia:Categories for discussion/Log/2018 July 28 #Category:Muse that this category should be renamed to Category:Greek Muses, allowing Category:Muse to be renamed to Category:Muses. --RexxS (talk) 18:20, 28 July 2018 (UTC)[reply]
