Purpose and future of category[edit]

Seeing some discussion of whether individual tanks should be in this category, I'm concerned about the future of this. There is a danger of this category growing to capture every historical tank.

if that's the purpose then fair enough, but I suspect if it is for highlights and milestones it may need some narrative around the choices.Lkchild (talk) 18:06, 15 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Most every historical tank is already in one of the subcategories of this cat, and I doubt there is any valid argument to make that the Type 5 Chi-Ri is significant in the history of tank design. GraemeLeggett (talk) 05:55, 17 April 2017 (UTC)[reply]
