Why are there so few philosophers names mentioned here? Many of the greatest philosophers of all time lived during Islamic Golden Age such as Averroes, Avicenna, Al Farabi, Al Kindi, Ibn Khaldun, Al Ghazali, Omar Khayyam, Rhazes, Alhazen and many others.
A wiki is a work in progress. So while there may be many who qualify, it apparently wasn't a priority to add them to this particular category. Please do go ahead and add any who qualify. Greg Bard (talk) 16:55, 6 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
