@Fayenatic london: in Spanish wp I count the establishment of a cathedral and an abbey, a saint and a subcategory of Flemish counts. It's not an awful lot but presumably you mean if it is just a matter of smallcat then the category ought to be restored in en.wp. Which I agree with, assuming that all Spanish articles have an equivalent in English, until all medieval century in Belgium categories are merged in conjunction, for a better reason than smallcat.
