comments[edit]

I converted all sub-topics and added some new ones, using {{Meteorology by year}}. I'm not sure how far this should be carried back by year before it switches to using decades. Atlantic hurricane seasons are done by year back to 1890, but other basins switch to using decades in the mid-20th century. Jdorje 23:57, 8 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]

We should consider whether we want to keep the century, decade and individual years, or simply put each of the years into decades, decades into centuries, etc. -- Ricky81682 (talk) 07:02, 27 December 2005 (UTC)[reply]

Better category names[edit]

To be both proper in grammar and consistent with the rest of Wikipedia categories by year, the proper name is category: meteorology by year for this category, and category: 2005 in meteorology (for example) for each of the years.  –radiojon 20:46, 25 October 2005 (UTC)[reply]
