Should this be a sub-category of Category:History portals?[edit]

This category is currently in Category:History portals. However I wonder if it is entirely appropriate that it is. While portals like Portal:Military history of France and Portal:Military history of the Ottoman Empire are obviously history portals as well as being Military and war-related portals portals this is less clear in the case of portals dealing with current military organisations and ongoing wars and issues. For instance Portal:Biological warfare, does cover some historic material, but it is not just a portal covering the history of biological warfare. Equally Portal:Royal Air Force is focused as much on the current strengths of the RAF as it is in its history. I therefore wonder if it would be better place military and war related portals in Category:History portals on a portal by portal basis rather than put the whole category in as effectively a sub-category.
