Oppose, per MOS:HYPHEN's linked note English compound § Hyphenated compound modifiers: Major style guides advise consulting a dictionary to determine whether a compound modifier should be hyphenated. Oppose. The term "people organization" is rare (as organizations are assumed to be comprised of people unless stated otherwise). So "missing people organization" is practically unambiguous. Nurg (talk) 23:29, 21 June 2023 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose. - Adding a hyphen is both a needless measure, and will potentially cause needless cleanup. Further (and here I’m only speaking from personal experience) I’ve not ever seen Missing Persons as a category or heading hyphenated. At least not that I remember. If someone can show me credible evidence that it is more commonly hyphenated than not, I may consider changing my opposition, but for now, I vote to oppose.
