Criteria[edit]

What is the criteria for inclusion or exclusion from this category? For instance why isn't FDR in it, as he more responsible for creating the bomb than Truman? How about Oppenheimer, Grove and and all the other Manhattan project participants? How about the entire Imperial Japanese leadership as certainly the attack on Pearl Harbor led directly to the bombings? Basically the point I'm trying to make is this category needs a well defined WP:NPOV set of criteria. --J Clear (talk) 22:59, 7 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
