Honors societies?[edit]

The title for this list identifies it to be a list of professional medical fraternities, and reasonably, this means all national, local, active and dormant organizations.

What about honors medical fraternities?

I think it also reasonable to shift this list to include the honors houses too. It seems to me that the primary segmentation here is the fact that they are medical in nature, and not the fact that they are professional. Maybe a simple name change for the category, to omit the word "professional" is in order. Jax MN (talk) 15:04, 11 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Is there a clean split between those that a good enough GPA gets you in automatically(Honor) or not (Professional)?Naraht (talk) 22:22, 11 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Other medical[edit]

I note that Rho Pi Phi is listed here, which is a pharmacy professional fraternity. How far does the category stretch? To include osteopaths, surely, and if pharmacy, what about dentistry, or veterinary? I don't mind either way, just want to understand the rules. Jax MN (talk) 15:11, 11 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

To me, Osteopaths, but not dentistry or veterinary.Naraht (talk) 22:22, 11 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]
