This category should not be speedy deleted as being unpopulated, because... (There are atleast 14 pages on wiki that qualify to be listed in this category. I agree that at the time of tagging of this category for speedy deletion, it contained just one page, but if given a chance, I can add 13 more pages to it. I withdrew my nomination for speedy deletion on this category, but a lot of the other categories you created are redundant, and are better covered by already existing categories. Please understand that populating a category does not necessarily change whether it's necessary, especially if you are adding multiple categories to the same article.
