Compromise[edit]

I am proposing a compromise about content of this category. I now added this note to the category page: "This category contains localities in Ukraine predominantly populated by ethnic Romanians (or Moldovans). For other localities in Ukraine with sizable Romanian population, please see: Romanian communities in Ukraine." So, basically, my proposed compromise solution would mean that article Romanians_in_Ukraine should be expanded and that it should contain a list of all localities (oblasts, raions, settlements) in Ukraine populated by Romanians (or Moldovans). It could be expanded similarly to the article Hungarians in Slovakia, which lists all towns in Slovakia populated by ethnic Hungarians (no matter if they are majority there or not). As for category "Romanian communities in Ukraine" itself, it should contain only articles about localities with Romanian (or Moldovan) majority, while Wikipedia readers who visit this category page would be able to follow link to Romanians_in_Ukraine article, where they will find list of all localities in Ukraine populated by Romanians (or Moldovans). Is this an acceptable solution? PANONIAN 06:41, 23 March 2012 (UTC)[reply]
