Scope

This category currently states that it is for "Ships that sailed for British Rail and its rail company predecessors before 1948". I propose that this category be only for ships operated by British Railways and British Rail / Sealink since 1948. Other categories are being created for ships operated by the Big Four and pre-Grouping companies. Ships operated by these companies are proper to the relevant category.
