[edit]

"All the admins that called IP's that Tobias Conradi used to edit when not locked in have no real understanding of the Wikipedia policy Wikipedia:Sock puppetry.

A sock puppet is an additional username used by a Wikipedian who already has one or more accounts. The Wikipedian who uses a sock puppet may be called a sock puppeteer. Use of sock puppets is discouraged in most cases.

On the contrary, admins like (name removed re WP:NPA]] have established several sock puppet accounts."

(I have transferred this comment from an anon editor from the category page to here, where it seems more likely to belong. Please note I am not party to this issue and am just relocating the comment). Euryalus 11:26, 25 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I retransfered it back since everything is well sourced. 84.190.36.219 11:42, 25 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Sockpuppets

[edit]

from http://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=User_talk:84.190.36.219 I have never heard of Tobias Conradi and am not in any way involved in this apparent issue. I also don't particularly mind if you wish to state a view that people don't have an understanding of Wikipedia's sockpuppet policy.

But the appropriate place to do this is the talk page, not the category page. I have moved your comments there. Euryalus 11:24, 25 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I assume that you are Tobias Conradi, then. Like I said I know nothing about this issue except what I have now read in the ArbCom link on your userpage.
Your comments on Category:Suspected Wikipedia sockpuppets of Tobias Conradi are in the wrong place, and include a couple of personal attacks. I was faintly amused that I am apparently "hiding the truth" in moving your comments to the talk page. But I don't care enough to get into a revert war about it. it was not comments. It was description of the category content. Well sourced. You removed content, hiding truth. This is a fact. 84.190.20.221 13:23, 25 July 2007 (UTC)[reply]
