Why not a disambiguation category?
[edit]This category name is probably better as a redirect to Category:Treaties of the Republic of the Congo than a disambiguation category for the following reason: the Republic of the Congo ratifies treaties under the name "Congo". The DR Congo always ratifies its treaties under the name "Democratic Republic of the Congo". If someone reads that a treaty was signed or ratified by "Congo", there is a 99 per cent chance that the writer will have meant the Republic of the Congo as opposed to the DR Congo.
