Phraseology for User knn Templates

Dear Konkanimogi (Lover of Konkani),

It is proposed that we endeavour to translate all User babel templates into Konkani. The idea behind the language templates is to suggest to another user a users proficiency in a particular language. Under this logic, it is only fair that the templates be translated into Konkani. We will enlist our phrases and deliberate thereupon. Phrases based on mutual consent will then be posted.
