Should this be a category? If so, how is it to be defined? Obviously it is very underpopulated at the moment, as numerous prominent figures - Bulwer-Lytton, Collins, Gissing, Hardy, Meredith, Thackeray, and so forth, are not included. But how would it be defined? Any novelist who published a novel between 1837 and 1901? Or would a novelist who started publishing after 1890 or so be "Edwardian"?
