Why should we be categorizing rappers by their gender? Sure, there are more male rappers, but why do we chose to categorize this way instead of by region, as it is with most topics?--Urthogie 14:57, 25 February 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I love the separate lists. It is easier to look for Female and Male Rappers this way. I like both genders,but every once in a while I want to hear just female Rappers or just Male Rappers. It is rare I do this but it would be more easy to find. Also for those doing school projects it is more eady to find Rappers by gender spending on this project. Where have all the female rappers gone?[edit]

Back in the 80's was the bomb. Thats when more female mcees had the floor don't forget about the great ones that really didn't get that far in the industry, like Queen-IAsia from LongIsland who was one of the baddest mcs in Hempstead,and also had a group called Elite Force which was a female version of Public Enemy.Also Queen Mother Rage, Monie Love, Neffertti, Isis, antonte, roxanne shante, real roxanne,and many many to name a few. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 69.117.135.149 (talk) 19:20, 17 July 2008 (UTC)[reply]
