The Central District of Baneh County (Persian: بخش مرکزی شهرستان بانه) is in Kurdistan province, Iran. Its capital is the city of Baneh.[3]
Demographics

[edit]At the time of the 2006 National Census, the district's population was 78,016 in 17,522 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 96,243 people in 24,693 households.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the district as 122,439 inhabitants in 33,921 households.[2]
