Cigniti is an Indian multinational technology company, headquartered in Hyderabad.[2][3][4][5] Cigniti is listed on the National Stock Exchange and Bombay Stock Exchange.[1]

The company employs around 4,200+ people across the United States, United Kingdom, Australia, Canada, the United Arab Emirates, the Czech Republic, South Africa, and Singapore.[6]

In 1998, Chakkilam Infotech Ltd., an IT and software services company was founded by C V Subramanyam. Cigniti Inc. was bought by the company in September 2011. In 2012, the company signed a multi-year contract with one of the world's top robotics and toy manufacturers.[7]

The company signed a long-term contract with a provider of business intelligence and performance management solutions for the hospitality industry. The US-based testing company Gallop Solutions Inc. was purchased by the company in May 2013. In 2016, Cigniti Inc. USA and Gallop Solutions Inc. USA, two fully owned subsidiaries, merged to form Cigniti Technologies Inc.[8]

The business expanded its activities in the UK in 2014 when it opens an office in London. In 2015, the CMMI Institute rated the organization at Level 5 of the Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI).[9]

In January 2023, Cigniti partnered with Lambda Test, a continuous quality testing cloud platform.[10]
