Common Side Effects is an upcoming American adult animated television series following two high school friends, Marshall and Frances, who reconnect and discover a new kind of drug that can allegedly cure all illnesses. In the process, they also uncover a conspiracy involving big pharma and the government to suppress all knowledge of said drug.[2]

The series was first announced at San Diego Comic Con on July 26, 2024.[3][4] That same day Adult Swim released a six minute clip of the show on Youtube and announced the show airing in 2025.
