Cecil Reign Taylor Jr. (October 31, 1933 – May 20, 2022)[1] was an American football player who played for the Los Angeles Rams of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Kansas State University.[2] He missed the 1956 season because he was drafted into the Army.[3]

In 1964, Taylor moved to Tucson, Arizona and worked for 27 years with the University of Arizona as an administrator.
