Dasht-e Sar-e Gharbi Rural District (Persian: دهستان دشت سر غربی) is in Dasht-e Sar District of Amol County, Mazandaran province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Firuz Kola-ye Vosta.[3]
After the 2011 National Census, Dasht-e Sar Rural District was separated from Dabudasht District in the establishment of Dasht-e Sar District, which was divided into two rural districts.[3]
At the most recent census of 2016, the population of the rural district was 18,742 in 6,168 households. The most populous of its 14 villages was Shad Mahal, with 5,818 people.[2]
