The Death of Arina Glazunova occurred on the night of September 27, 2024 in Tbilisi, Georgia.[1], Glazunova was a 24-year-old Russian tourist who died after falling into an underpass.[2][3] She was walking with a friend through the city center and singing Alla Pugacheva's song “For the Last Time”, filming the walk on her phone.[2][4][5] Glazunova failed to notice the guardrail of the underpass and fell backwards.[1] The girl was taken to hospital with numerous fractures, including the base of her skull, and later died without regaining consciousness.[4][6]

The incident caused a wide resonance online. At the site of Glazunova's fall, a spontaneous memorial was organized with flowers in memory of the deceased.[1][2] Local residents in social networks created a discussion about the According to them, his fence threatens the lives of other passers-by. On Saturday, October 5, in Moscow said goodbye to Glazunova. Arina was buried in the circle of friends and family. The farewell was at the Vagankovsky cemetery - said the mother of the deceased.[9] Before that, the girl's parents came to Georgia to formalize the necessary documents and return the body to their homeland.[1] The farewell was held in a closed format.[9]
