The 2024 North East Olympic Games (2024NEOG) is the 3rd session of the tournament. Being held in Nagaland, the CM inaugurated the event on 19 March 2024.[1]

Disciplines[edit]

Over 3000 athletes from 8 States of Northeast India have participated in 15 disciplines, held in 12 venues across three districts of Nagaland,Chumoukedima, Dimapur and Kohima.[2] Games involved in this competition include archery, athletics, badminton, basketball, boxing, football, lawn tennis, pencak silat, table tennis, taekwondo, volleyball, and wushu.[3]

Manipur emerged as the overall champion, while Nagaland gained first runner up and Assam being third on medal tally and second runner up.[4]
