The 2024 Stanley Cup Playoffs Second Round Edmonton Oilers vs Vancouver Canucks series' game seven was an ice hockey playoff series played in the National Hockey League (NHL) on Monday, May 20, 2024, at Rogers Arena in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada.[1] It was the 269th game between the Pacific Division rivals.[2] The Oilers won despite the Canucks scoring two late goals in the third period.

Background[edit]

In 2024, one of the two series of the Western Conference second round of the NHL Stanley Cup playoffs featured the higher seeded Vancouver Canucks playing the lower seed Edmonton Oilers. The series was tied 3–3 with 5 out of 6 of the games having a one goal differential.[3] Outdoor social viewing was allowed in Vancouver.
