AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited Engage in real estate development business for sale. The development includes townhouses, detached houses and condominiums. Most of the projects cover Bangkok and its vicinity.
History[edit]
AP (Thailand) Public Company Limited was established in 1991 as a limited company under the name Asian Property Company Limited. Later in 2000, the Company was listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand. By merging (Backdoor Listing) with prefabricated flooring companies. PCM Public Company Limited, a manufacturer of prefabricated slabs, has been listed on the Stock Exchange of Thailand since September 22, 1992.
After the merger with the company, prefabricated flooring The Company changed its name to Asian Property Development Public Company Limited and established a new company called PCM Construction Material Company Limited to operate the prefabricated floor slab business.
In 2002, the Company registered to move the securities trading business category in the Stock Exchange of Thailand from building and decoration materials to real estate development and relocated the original establishment located at 26/1 Moo 4, Lamlukka Road. Lamlukka Subdistrict, Lamlukka District, Pathum Thani Province to be 170/57 Ocean Tower 1, 18th Floor, Ratchadapisek Road, Klongtoey, Bangkok, which is the headquarters until now.

AP Thailand operates its business in 3 groups:.[1][edit]
i. Real Estate Development Business: AP Thailand Co., Ltd. operates real estate development business. Single houses, townhomes, and condominiumsii.
ii. Real Estate Investment Advisory: Bangkok Citismart The service covers all real estate matters, including consignment, renting and finding a buyer for condominiums.
iii. Integrated Property Management Company: SMART The company manages juristic persons for condominiums, condos, and housing estates[2]
Housing projects[edit]
AP and its subsidiaries have developed 60 skytrain condominium projects since its inception, and have a joint venture with Mitsubishi Estate Group, Japan's highest-performing real estate development group. In addition, AP has developed single-detached house projects under the brand name AP. THE PALAZZO, SOUL, MIND, THE CITY, CENTRO[3] DISTRICT Townhomes under the brand name DISTRICT. Baan Klang Muang Classe,Baan Klang Muang The Edition,Baan Klang Muang, Pleno Town,Pleno,Geande Pleno[4] Condominium under the brand name The Addess, Rhythm, Life, Asprie and provincial projects under the brand name "The Addess", "Life", "The Addess Apitown[5]
