Abdisamad Mohamed Gallan(Cabdisamad Maxamed Gallan) born in sep1972.He is a somali politician who is currently the Security Minister of Puntland State of Somalia who was a former presidential candidate of Puntland, he was also a former governor of Bari region in Somalia (2011-2015).
BIOGRAPHY[edit]
He was born in sep 1972 in the capital of Somalia Mogadishu.He hails from the cali Saleban subclass of Majeerteenan Darod.He is a multi linguist who is fluent in Arabic, English and somali
EDUCATION[edit]
He finished his secondary school in Mogadishu,he further then pursued his degree in syria in arab institute of Forests and Rangelands in 1993.He followed that year by acquiring a post graduate diploma in compute science and community development.
CAREER[edit]
He started as a young entrepreneur in United Arab of Emirates where later then became one of the founders of the education system in Bosaso IN 2001 and moved to Africa for business purposes IN such countries as Uganda, Zambia and South Sudan.
