AcademyTech, established in 1999 with the aim of becoming the leader of the Education Sector. It is one of the largest training and consultancy companies in Turkey and the Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region and and placed 5th for Top 100 Computer Software Consulting Services Or Consultants in Turkey. AcademyTech has been operating for over 25 years. The company offers IT trainings as well as technical courses on topics such as Networking, Cloud-based System, Virtualisation courses addition to Career Development trainings such as Project Management, IT infrastructure courses.[1]
AcademyTech also provides Offshore Staffing Services to companies, who need Software Developers, Engineers and Project Managers, who might work as both Part-Time or Full-Time, regardless of time-zone. They also provide Turkish Engineers with international employment facilities.[2]
AcademyTech was recognised as the "Fastest Growing Technology Company In Turkey" by Deloitte in 2014[3] and 2015.
Company history
[edit]AcademyTech was founded by Ozcan Yildiz in Istanbul in 2002.[4] With the consistency and quality of the Cisco Trainings, such as CCIE provided, Cisco authorized AcademyTech as one of the Cisco Advanced Services Education Partner.[5]
CEO of AcademyTech, Mr. Yildiz became CCIE R&S at 2011 (one of the most prestigious certification in IT field)[6] in the same year AcademyTech promoted by Cisco as 360 CCIE Partner to deliver CCIE Courses.[7] The CEO was invited to Ukraine to make collaboration with Ukraine’s local IT training partners.[8] Over 1 million usd IT Trainings sold to all over the world by AcademyTech.[9]
In 2012, AcademyTech started providing 360 degree IT Certification program which was free to individuals with interest in IT who are living at Karabuk, which is hometown of the CEO, Ozcan Yildiz.[10]
At 2017, AcademyTech established a new Cooperation named as Procist A.S. and with this cooperation, they invested and developed to a patented Solution, named as SwarTea.[11] In 2018, AcademyTech sold 25% of Procist A.S. shares to Vestel, which is one of the largest manufacturing company in the Europe.[12]

• 2010: During Cisco Learning Partner Conference, which was held in Dubai, Cisco’s innovation award is given to AcademyTech
• 2010: Provided free certification courses at Karabuk, to the IT Lovers under 360 Degree Certification Program [14]
• 2011: Became first and only Authorized Cisco CCIE 360 program provider

Training
[edit]AcademyTech started to provide Cisco Advanced Services(CAS) trainings, in Turkish. Previously, such trainings were given in English, and by foreign trainers. However, AcademyTech provided such training be taught in Turkey, and by Turkish trainers in the local dialect. These trainings are also taught using original training documents.
Being the first and only Cisco Training Solutions Business Partner (CLSP) in Turkey, AcademyTech has now started to provide Cisco Advanced Services training in Turkish modeled after standard Cisco training.[24]
Trainings on technologies called Advanced Services , are held in AcademyTech's Istanbul Maslak and Ankara branches.[25]
Distance Education
[edit]AcademyTech also developed its distance education program which was first announced in March 2011, and added Microsoft and CEH White hacking trainings as well as Cisco trainings. Participants in the distance certification training offered, will be able to receive training and do laboratory work under the supervision of a private instructor from their home or workplace, basically, remotely.
Several trainings were offered based on Cisco network technologies and on IP-based voice technologies. On the Microsoft side, Server Administration, server management and Hiper-V training. White hat (computer security) training is also provided. Given that each training has a different scope, participants are allowed to attend any of the programs mentioned above.[26]
