Afsaneh Sheykhi (Persian: افسانه شیخی) is an Iranian athlete and researcher who has achieved notable success in Taekwondo and other sports. She is also a doctor of sports physiology and has published numerous articles in her field.

Early Life and Education

Sheykhi was born on August 25, 1982, in Shahrkord, Iran. She has always been passionate about sports, and she began practicing taekwondo at a young age. She quickly showed talent for the sport, and she went on to win numerous medals at both national and international competitions.

In addition to taekwondo, Sheykhi has also competed in volleyball, karate, handball, and softball. She is a versatile athlete who has excelled in a variety of sports.

Taekwondo Career

Sheikhi's taekwondo career has been marked by success. She is a multiple national champion, and she has also won medals at the Asian Games and the World Championships. She is known for her powerful kicks and her aggressive fighting style.
