Ahuja has multiple PA items for various applications, from announcements in public spaces to communication in conference halls and crowd control at large events.

History[edit]

In the throes of India's fiery independence movement, seven years before the end of British rule, a critical need arose for PA systems. Political and non-political leaders relied on them to address large crowds. However, these systems were scarce, relying on expensive imports[4] and a limited pool of technicians for repairs.

Since they were bought from overseas, replacing any defective equipment parts became very expensive. Many people also resorted to using second-hand PA systems, which were notoriously unreliable and prone to complaints, making effective communication a significant challenge. A. N. Ahuja, whose family had migrated from what is now Sindh province in Pakistan to Delhi, India, envisioned a groundbreaking idea: a self-sufficient Indian manufacturer of public address systems. The journey which started in 1940, has been a most fruitful one. One that has with-stood the test of times.[5]
