Akbar Nasir Khan (Urdu: اکبر ناصر خان) is a Civil Servant and a member of the Police Service of Pakistan since 1999[1][2] currently serving as Inspector General Of Islamabad Police [3][4][5].He is a public Sector leader[6] known for his extensive experience in spearheading large-scale projects[7] and implementing reforms.[8] Dr. Akbar Nasir Khan played a crucial role in establishing the Punjab Safe Cities Authority,[9] which revolutionized safety measures in the region.[10] His expertise encompasses smart construction, IT,[11] safe systems,[12][13] and policy implementation. Additionally, he is known for his contributions as a writer[14][15] and his personal interests in sports[16][17],film making (Daal Chawal),[18][19] poetry, and music.[20]
