GBS has been created in 1997 with a mission to develop bilingual, global citizens. The school is a coed institution which follows American curricula in all subjects of study excluding Arabic subjects (Arabic Language, Islamic Studies, Quranic Studies, Arabic Social Studies, Arabic Journalism, Arabic Sociology).
