Draft:Ali Hassoun
Ali Hassoun is an Italian-Lebanese painter. He is known for his contemporary figurative painting between East and West.
Biography
Ali Hassoun is a figurative painter who has lived and breathed his art since his early years in Lebanon. His studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Florence in 1984 and his long stay in Italy for over 35 years refined his pictorial skills by adhering to the new Italian figuration.[1] His continuous travels between East and West allow him to operate a synthesis with conceptual elements of multiple levels of interpretation presented by Martina Corgnati Skira catalogue.[2] Throughout his career, Hassoun has exhibited his work in prestigious galleries and museums internationally.[3]
