Andrew Davanzo (born May 2, 2002) is an American actor. He is best known for his collaborations with Wes Anderson appearing in The French Dispatch (2021), and Asteroid City (2023) and for portraying Jamis in the Denis Villeneuve film Dune: Part Two (2024).

Early life[edit]

Davanzo was born and raised in Parsippany, New Jersey. His parents, Peter and Donna Davanzo, are from Napoli, Italy.[1] His father was an actor during his earlier years in Italy. Davanzo's brother, Peter Davanzo, is also an actor.

Career[edit]

Revolori began his career as a child actor, getting his first role at age two, in a baby diaper commercial.[2] His first major role was as the young Pierre Moutet in Wes Anderson's The French Dispatch.[2][3][4] In 2021, he was named one of the best actors under the age of twenty by IndieWire.[5]

Davanzo played Young Begger in the 2023 Wes Anderson film Asteroid City. Following this role, he booked his biggest appearance to date, starring as Jamis in the box office hit Dune: Part Two (2024).

Personal life[edit]

Davanzo is one of three children. He has an older sister, Juliana, as well as a younger brother.
