Andrew O Leary is an Irish rower who currently rows in the J18 category. He has set a new Irish record for the mens half marathon on a ergometer. In 2022 he represented Ireland at the 2022 Coupe de la Jeunesse[1], competing in the Junior Men’s Coxed Four. He was one of eleven junior men who was invited to the Irish Rowing Time trials in June 2023.

- At the Irish Indoor Rowing Championships [2] on Saturday 4th of February 2023, Andrew won the Men’s Junior 18 2km Ergometer race with a time of 6:11.5.
- Andrew was selected to attend the Irish Rowing Trials on Monday the 20th of June 2023
- On the 20th of December 2023, He set a new Irish record for heavyweight men j18 half marathon on the Concept2 RowErg with a time of 1:16.17, beating the previous record by over 5 minutes.
