Anil Paduri (born 16 June 1989) is an Indian visual effects supervisor, writer, and director who primarily works in the Telugu film industry. He made his directorial debut with the Telugu film Romantic (2021), starring Akash Puri and Ketika Sharma in the lead roles. The film was written by Puri Jagannadh, who co-produced it with Charmme Kaur under the banner of Puri Connects.[1]
In 2013, Anil Paduri, along with popular Telugu actor Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, co-founded Advitha Creative Studios.[2] in Hyderabad to cater the VFX needs of the Telugu film industry.
Early life[edit]
Anil Paduri was born on June 16, 1989, in Narasapuram, Andhra Pradesh. He attended the prestigious Jawahar Navodaya Vidyalaya Samiti. He graduated in Computer Science and Information Technology (CS & IT) from Swarnandhra College of Engineering and Technology, Narasapuram. Later, he earned an MBA in Human Resources from Alagappa University, Chennai.

Early work[edit]
Anil Paduri began his film career at Nipuna Services, a well-known organization in the visual effects field. Later, he joined EFX as a VFX Coordinator, where he worked on several successful films, including Yamadonga (2007), Magadheera (2009), Maryada Ramanna (2010), and Darling (2010).
As VFX Supervisor[edit]
In 2013, Anil Paduri, along with popular Telugu actor Nandamuri Kalyan Ram, co-founded Advitha Creative Studios[3] in Hyderabad and produced Om 3D (2013). The film is the first Indian action film in 3D and was shot in 5K resolution. Hollywood technicians such as David Taylor, known for his work on Avatar and Final Destination 5, and Ian Markus, renowned for The Amazing Spider-Man, also contributed to this film.
In addition to being the Co-Founder of Advitha Creative Studios, he has also served as the Lead VFX Supervisor for many successful films, which include Legend (2014), Pataas (2015), Temper (2015), Janatha Garage (2016), Nannaku Prematho (2016), Jai Lava Kusa (2017), Aravinda Sametha Veera Raghava (2018), and iSmart Shankar (2019), to name just a few projects.
Directorial Debut[edit]
Anil Paduri made his directorial debut with the Telugu film Romantic (2021), starring Akash Puri and Ketika Sharma in the lead roles[4]. Actress Ramya Krishnan played a pivotal role in the film. The film was written by Puri Jagannadh, who co-produced it with Charmme Kaur.
